I like the pulsing feature. Make sure you have damp skin or it will just buzz in a painful way. After use, I am able to loosen up my muscles enough to easily pop my neck which further relieves pain. This tool will also work on a shoulder or other rounded area.

This neck massager works very well on my neck pain and is a lot more convenient than my other massagers.
